3 Wall or floor damage. If the landlord or dormitory management finds that your wall or floor is dirty, or there is a damage to the floor or wall, then be sure to make it clear whether to repaint the wall or relay the floor, which is a small cost, and it is thousands of euros to start! There are many disputes in this situation, it is suggested that if the other party is not malicious deduction, then after all, it is the problem that occurred during their residence, and negotiate with the other party in a friendly manner to find the cheapest solution as possible. However, if the other party is really malicious deduction, or unreasonable, or is very discriminatory deduction of your deposit, then the best way is to refuse to sign on the spot, and then use legal means to protect your rights.

4 What about the deposit? 7 Network Account InternetSame thing with electricity accounts. However, if you completely return home, you need to send the network box back to the communication company, or directly get the store to return it, otherwise it is also a small cost.

8 House subsidy  APL

After checking out, you should write a letter to CAF promptly, stating that you have left the house and requesting that the housing allowance be stopped. Or you can directly change the CAF address to a new address, if it is completely returned to China, you can directly change to a foreign country, it will automatically stop. However, if you receive another room allowance in the next month, please contact CAF immediately (you can write a letter on the site), ask for CAF account information, and return the overissued room allowance.
