92 province, Haut de Seine, is a traditional French quarter, relatively less immigrants than the other two provinces, more forest greening, the Seine river through, the overall environment is more comfortable.

From the Champs-Elysees to the La Defense area west to Nanterre, the capital of the 92 departments, this area is currently the newest commercial CBD center of Paris and an important place for future planning. People can see the tall buildings here for a long time. Ha ha. In addition, the RER A line, which is an important transportation hub, runs through little Paris from east to west. The traffic is very convenient, which is more suitable for students who study or work as interns in Paris. At the same time, many high-tech companies, Internet companies, startups are here, SG, Sanofi and Total headquarters are also here. Recommended places to stay: Neuilly sur Seine, Puteaux, Courbevoie, Levallois-Perret these places, close to the business district, the traditional rich area of France, there are lines 1, RER A, convenient transportation, but the rent is not cheap oh, Especially near La defense which is more expensive than the center of little Paris. Further to the northwest, Rueil Malmaison, Nanterre and Gennevilliers are affordable places to stay, especially if you study in the top ten Paris schools. But the northeastern part of Gennevilliers and Clichy, near Province 93 on the other side, is not very recommended, the population is slightly more complex, and the hygiene is mediocre.

In addition, in the province of 92, we usually recommend a place near the small Paris circle of cities, convenient transportation, rent is reasonable, the environment is comfortable. For example, near the 15th district of Vanves, Malakoff, Monrouge, Chatillon these places, there are subway lines 4 and 13, to the Sorbonne University and the nearby high business are very convenient, and most of the people living here are elderly, elegant environment and not noisy. A little further away, is the Clamart and Chatillon rent is much cheaper, this is also a new area, the housing is very new, the environment is very comfortable. 

Also recommended are Boulogne-Billancourt, Issy les Moulineuax near the 16th arrondissement, which is naturally close to the Boulogne Forest, the Seine River, the Meudon Forest, and is very comfortable to live in. Line 10 and Line 12 and RER C, there are a lot of cinemas, restaurants and entertainment facilities, close to Paris Nine, Huawei is also in Boulogne, there are a lot of new buildings, but the price is certainly not cheap, and the 16th district is similar, but relative to the city center is still relatively OK. Or a little further away, live in Sevres, Saint Cloud, with reduced rents and a nice environment.

Val de Marne, 94 province, where many Chinese choose to live here, the rent is not very high, near the 13th district, shopping life is very convenient.

Closer to the 13th arrondissement is Ivry sur Seine, nearby line 7 and RER C, it is very convenient to go to Paris seven or five schools, but it is best to choose a place with access control, gardien, because this is relatively chaotic management, fewer cameras. Charenton le pont, Alfortville is also good, near the 8 line, near a large park and lake, but the housing is not that new, but the rent is relatively good. Vincennes, Saint Mande and Joinville le pont, near the 12th Arrondissement, are also good, near the Vincennes Forest, many small villas, traditional residential areas, but less housing. Gentilly and Cachan, close to the 14th arrondissement, are also in good condition, with suitable rents and a safe location, especially Gentilly's proximity to RER Line B as well as Line 4 and light rail T3A.

So let's talk about a city that we often call Villejuif, a city that Google Maps translates as a Jewish city. Many Chinese people live here, but originally this area is mainly Jewish, Arab and African many, also very close to the 13th district, take line 7 direct, there are many small villas and buildings, a lot of residential, but the traffic is not very convenient, the degree of security is general, the rent is very cost-effective. Further away, is the Creteil side, is the end of Line 8, you can also take the RER D line, close to Paris 12, here green, there are many new buildings, spacious, very safe, the rent can be almost 500 euros or more.

93 Province Seine Saint Denis. First of all, let's not have excessive prejudice, let's look at the map, 93 province is actually very large, larger than the area of Paris city. Moreover, the poor security situation in 93 provinces is also a matter of more than ten years ago, the society is developing, The Times are progressing, we should also be more open.

We think the best place in 93 province is the eastern region, Montreuil, especially mairie de Montreuil, near District 12, the environment is very good, the rent is cheap and comfortable, there is direct line 9, connecting the east and west. And Mairie de Aubervilliers, which is also very good, a lot of markets nearby, very good prices, close to Line 12. Moreover, the average rent of 93 provinces can be said to be the cheapest.

However, Saint Denis, Saint Ouen, Bobigny in the north do have relatively poor security and health conditions, but the 8th and 13th parties of Paris are here, if you study here, living in the south is not very convenient. The north, in particular, has a large concentration of illegal black Arab immigrants. Students living in this area must observe the surrounding environment and pay attention to personal safety. However, I also have a friend who has lived in a studio in Saint Denis for 10 years at 400 euros. The nearby supermarkets and market prices are very affordable, and he is very happy. His advice is to go out not to show too much wealth, do not go out too late, it is very good.

That leaves 77 provinces, 78 provinces, 91 provinces, 95 provinces. As you can see, these places are very far from the city, although the rent is very cheap and the environment is very good, but the commute time is really long. Unless it's the Paris 11 Orsay campus, or the Paris 10 Cergy campus, or some company in a very remote location, these places are far away from the city, so it is more convenient to live near the school or the company. In addition, it is not very recommended to live so far for cheap rent, and it is very time-consuming to go to school and work every day.
