author:法优租房

France and its capital, Paris, are synonymous with romance for most people, attracting many to travel, study and live here. On the other hand, as we all know, the security problem in Paris has always been a hidden danger in everyone's heart, and we often see some bad news or hear people wrongly transmitted, which will make some people afraid. However, read ten thousand books, travel ten thousand miles, in the end how Paris, you will know!

In France, renting is the beginning of French life, from the submission of visas, to apply for bank cards, phone cards, long-term residence, application for housing subsidies and a series of procedures, housing certificates play a key role. So today, let's talk about the location of rental housing.

Big Paris and little Paris(Paris et île de France)

First of all, to be precise, the city of Paris is actually very small, only 105,4 km². To give you some image comparison, the area of Beijing is 16,808 km², that is, 160 Paris is equivalent to the size of a Beijing picture.

The surrounding cities, all belonging to other cities, not Paris, can be collectively called ile de France or banlieu. So you can imagine, such a small piece of land, it is impossible for all people to live in Paris ah, so there are a large number of people will choose to live in the suburbs of Paris, such as we are familiar with the region: 92, 94, 91, etc., the city, such as: Villejuif, Boulogne, etc. These are really not in Paris, they all belong to the ile DE France. But we Chinese used to call it "big Paris" and "little Paris", everyone knows it is good, do not say "petit Paris" and "grand Paris" when expressing in French.

Little Paris section introduction

Let's take a look at the map, there are 20 arrondissements in Paris, starting from the first arrondissement in the center and working clockwise outward to the 20th arrondissement. Postcodes in Paris all start with 75, 7500in arrondissements 1, 75002 in arrondissements, and so on.

What we consider to be the traditional safety zone is Zone 1-8, which is very downtown, but if you really look for a house in these areas, you will find that the house is not only poor, but also very expensive even if there is rent. However, there are local rich friends who are willing to live here, in fact, life is very convenient, various scenic spots and shops are nearby, the traffic is also very convenient, the building is also very traditional, very a la francaise.

After that, zone 9. District 9 is a famous shopping area, Lafayette, spring shopping malls are there. The most suitable for purchasing, or often buy buy buy friends. It's patrolled all year round, relatively safe. However, the northern part of District 9 is generally, and the flow of people near the station is also more complicated.

Zones 10, 11 and 12 are also good, but be specific. The 10th district is close to the city center and the 9th and 11th districts are better, but the area near the northern railway station is very average, the crowd is complicated and the red light district. The 11th district near the Bastille Square is not very good, I personally feel that the staff is a bit complicated, and there are many strange bars, which makes people very uncomfortable. But the other places near the cemetery in the 20th district, and near the 12th district, I found nice, quiet and comfortable. District 12 gave me a good overall feeling, near 93Montreuil and district 20 is not so good, but near the Vincennes forest, the environment is very elegant and comfortable!

District 13 is a Chinese area, as we all know, there are many Chinese restaurants and Chinese super League, life is more convenient. Especially Place d 'Italie, which is very busy, and the mall Italie Deux.

The 14th and 15th arrondissements are also popular with students, because they are close to the CITE U university town and the police station, and it is very convenient to go to various universities and some high schools in the city of Paris, relatively quiet and not noisy, but the housing prices are not low.

District 16 is our traditional rich area, we think it is also a very good area, many nobles chose to live here in the past, the overall housing architecture is also Ottoman, very beautiful, backed by the Boulogne forest, the Seine river across, the overall natural environment is also very good. And you can see that the 16 district itself is very large, the housing here is also a large area, so the 16 district house as a whole is relatively spacious and comfortable, the residents here are relatively rich, don't look at the 16 district is not in the city center, the price is comparable to the city center.

Districts 17 -20, these districts, if you have done the guideline, you will find that these are not recommended to live. But in fact, this is not the case, many of them are erroneous words, and security has improved a lot in recent years, but everyone always does not believe the picture.

District 17 is actually very good, close to Xiang Street and the Arc de Triomphe, the overall residential style is not very French, there are a lot of modern buildings, there are a lot of green space, Monceau Park, in the music school or La defense side of the school students can choose to live here, very convenient. But some places near the 18th district have a lot of black people, which is not very recommended.

18 district, is generally felt unsafe place, but in fact, 18 district is also to see the area, I have many friends in the 18 district lived for many years, some are more than ten years, all feel very good, 18 district government there is very safe and very comfortable, there is also a super, shopping is very convenient, and 18 district rent is very cheap!! Usually you can walk to the Montmartre Highland side, overlooking Paris, the view is very good. However, it is not recommended in Porte de Chapelle, Chateau d 'Eau and in the north near 93, the population is more complex, a bit like Africa, and it feels a little uncomfortable.

Districts 19 and 20, where everyone is most familiar with Belleville, is also a Chinese gathering area. Although the security was not very good before, it has been greatly improved, and it is normal for everyone to go shopping and eat during the day, so don't worry too much. buttes chaumont at 19 is great and there are a lot of good new French restaurants there. Gambetta in the 20th arrondissement and near the Nation are all very nice, but near Montreuil is relatively mediocre.

These are my personal Little Paris area rental site introduction. In fact, Members can see that we cannot generalize and say that a certain district is completely good, or that a certain district is completely uninhabitable. People who live in the tourist areas of the city center often steal things, and people who live in the 18th district have lived for 10 years. It is hoped that after understanding the basic situation of each area, we can make a comprehensive consideration according to the school address, building condition, surrounding facilities, means of transport and so on.

So, in the next chapter, let's talk about the Greater Paris area!

Thanks for reading, and I wish you all a pleasant stay in France
