The apartment is newly opened in 2019. It is a few minutes' walk to the Line 13 subway station and 10 minutes to the Montparnasse train station. You can change to multiple subways or travel conveniently. It is close to various universities in Paris. The apartment is closest to the two campuses of l’Esupcom et de l’université de droit, and you can walk directly to school. There are three large supermarkets near the apartment: Intermarche, Auchan supermarket and Carrefour supermarket. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Darty and Bricorama. Pizza shops, Japanese food stores, pharmacies, bakeries, post offices, and banks are all nearby, making life very convenient. Each room in the apartment is an independent studio, including a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment comes with a bed, wardrobe, microwave, water heater, refrigerator, electric heating, and complete furniture. There is a laundry room in the building, convenient transportation, rich area, and close to major universities in Paris.

The rent includes water, heating, internet and miscellaneous expenses. The rent is paid every three months until check-out (No guarantor is possible). The deposit is half a month's rent, 390 Euros, which will be returned after check-out if there is no arrears or damage. The minimum rental period is 6 months. Housing insurance must be purchased and a check-out letter must be written at least one month before check-out.
