The apartment is located in the city of Nice, close to the Avenue des Anglais, and can walk directly to the beach. The living environment is very comfortable and convenient. There is a bus stop downstairs, and the light rail station is right outside the door, with convenient transportation. There is Tabac and a bank downstairs. Within 5 minutes of walking in the direction of the light rail, there are French restaurants, Japanese restaurants, Carrefour supermarkets, pizza shops, bakeries, etc. The apartment is closest to EDHEC and Polytech Nice, or you can take a bus to the University of Nice, which is a good place for students to live. In the apartment, each room is an independent studio, including a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment comes with a bed, wardrobe, microwave, water heater, refrigerator, electric heating, and complete furniture. There is a laundry room in the building, convenient transportation, rich area, and close to major universities in the city.

The rent includes cold water, Internet and charge  fees. The rent is paid every three months until check-out (No guarantor is possible). The deposit is half a month's rent, which will be returned after check-out if there is no arrears or damage. The shortest rental period is 6 months. Housing insurance must be purchased, and a check-out letter must be written at least one month before check-out.
