The apartment is located in the suburb of Paris, SAINT DENIS, very close to Paris VIII. It is very convenient to walk to the school in 15 minutes or take the bus for 3 stops. There is also the T1 light rail line at the end of the street. You can take T1 to the subway and quickly reach the city of Paris. There are Franprix supermarkets, French restaurants, and bakeries nearby. Walking towards the subway station, you can reach Saint Denis City Hall. Carrefour supermarkets, pharmacies, Sephora, and pharmacies are all available. Life is very convenient. You can walk to the nearby large park: Parc de la Legion in 5 minutes. Each room is an independent studio, about 18-20 square meters, including a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment comes with a bed, microwave, water heater, wardrobe, electric heating, and complete furniture. There is a laundry room in the building.

The rent includes cold water, charge  fees and Internet. The rent is paid every month, and the deposit is one month's rent (Guarantor is needed).
