Walking towards the park, there is a main street with fast food restaurants, sushi restaurants, French restaurants, banks, Lidl cheap supermarkets and Intermarche supermarkets. Picard is also nearby. The apartment is close to the Ecusson area and is very comfortable to live in. Each room in the apartment is an independent studio, including a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment comes with a bed, table and chairs, wardrobe, microwave, water heater, refrigerator, electric heater, electric stove, simple tableware, and complete furniture. There is a laundry room in the building, convenient transportation, rich area, and close to major universities in the city.
The rent includes cold water, internet and charge miscellaneous fees. The payment is monthly (Guarantor is needed). The deposit is one month's rent, which will be returned after check-out if there is no outstanding balance or damage. The shortest rental period is 6 months.
