It is a 5-minute walk to Parc petit le roy, Rungis seafood market, Marche international supermarket, fast food restaurants, and French restaurants. It is a 20-minute walk or bus ride to Belle Epine shopping mall, pharmacy, Darty, Zara, Nike, etc. Each room in the apartment is an independent studio, including a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment comes with a bed, wardrobe, microwave, water heater, refrigerator, electric heating, and complete furniture. There is a laundry room and bicycle room in the building. It is conveniently located in the new district of Paris 94.

The rent includes cold water, internet and charge fees. The first payment is three months' rent. The deposit is one month's rent, which will be returned after check-out if there is no outstanding balance or damage (No guarantor is possible). The shortest rental period is 6 months. Housing insurance must be purchased and a check-out letter must be written at least one month before check-out.
